Rules & etiquette

We have a few rules in place to protect our customers and our business. Help us make your visit a safe and memorable experience.

Parking. One parking spot per vehicle, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Large vehicles. Vehicles that could obstruct the screen must park in the rear three rows.
Parking locations. Management reserves the right to designate the parking location of any vehicle.
Children. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Refunds. No refunds on admission. Passes are given out for power failures only.
Neighbours. Please remember to respect your neighbours.
Lights out during showtime. Daytime running lights can usually be turned off by applying the emergency brake and restarting the vehicle. If they cannot be turned off, please bring something to cover your lights — blankets, cardboard, duct tape and the like all work.
Accessibility. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the needs of individuals with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible parking near the snack bar is available on a first-come, first-served basis — please arrive early for a spot that suits your needs, and feel free to contact us with any questions.
Management reserves the right to amend or implement any rule with or without notice. Curious how movie ratings work in Canada? See the Canadian film ratings guide.
